Passenger rear view mirror fell off. Got a call from tenant that the basement at the Bluff House was flooded. I stayed north and Said drove home.
Would you believe! The BH has an old capped well that leaked and flooded the floor. The water table is so high that it forced water up through the pipe into the house. Amazing.
Dang. We could have had a lot of fun!
